Storytelling I: Writing a Hero's Journey
This workshop will take participants on an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary journey to analyze the concept of the monomyth. It will draw upon texts that explore the Hero’s journey template and reflect on the ethical implications of storytelling, particularly of cultures not of one’s origin. Participants will leave the workshop with a rough draft of their own hero's journey outline for future writing projects or personal reflection.

Theological Writing I: Writing Your Narrative/Bio
In this workshop, the participants have the opportunity to examine the connection between oral, written, and multimedia texts. Through the use of critical reading and writing skills, they can develop their own unique writing styles. This workshop helps to create authentic authorial voices. Participants will leave with a narrative/bio rough draft.
